Since opening in November 2011 the focus of this former Harman's house is now on good, home cooked, locally sourced food. Whilst part of the pub is laid out for dining with table service, the bar and the area to the right is mostly for drinkers. Decorated in modern style to a high level with prints, mirrors and clocks adourning the walls, there is the usual array of sofas and traditional style seating including high chairs at the bar. Food is served 12pm-3pm, 6pm-9pm (10pm Fri/Sat); Sun: 12pm-9pm. This was previosuly the Turks Head.

One of two pubs in the borough of Hillingdon over 400 years old, this one remains largely unspoilt. Typical of pubs of that age it has wooden panels and (very) low ceilings with exposed beams. Grade II listed.

Very much an old style local next to Hillingdon tube station which still has some Taylor Walker signage. The three entrances have the Public, Private and Saloon bar labels although the Private is blocked and was merged with the saloon many years ago, and the entrance to the Public is obscured by a rather large smoking shelter. No hot food but rolls are available.
